recruit-bloggers

Advertisers and agencies, we’ve added a very simple yet very powerful feature that allows you to recruit influencers inside our Marketplace. I think you’re really going to like it!

  • The simple part is that it’s just a button.
  • The powerful part is that it’s a button that will allow you to invite Influencers in our marketplace to come bid on your Opportunities.

Here’s how it works…

Recruit Influencers for Your Campaigns

The next time you login to your Fresh Press Media account, click on the “Influencers” link in your top navigation:

recruit influencers

This will take you to a listing of all of the bloggers and social media influencers with profiles on our marketplace. Filter the list by niche to find bloggers that are writing about the topics your target market is reading. In this example, we chose Fitness & Exercise:

filter blogger niche

send inviteUsing the filtered list, scan for bloggers that have descriptions, traffic and followings that interest you. When you find an influencer you’d like to recruit for your campaign, simply click the “Send Invite” button that appears in the top right corner of their profile box.

This will open a new window that will allow you to choose which of your Opportunities you’d like to invite them to:

choose opportunity window

Simply choose an Opportunity from the drop-down box (it will only work if you have a live Opportunity) and click the “Send Invite” button. We’ll deliver a message to the Influencer, letting them know that they have a personal invitation from you to bid on your Opportunity. They can click the link in the message, view your Opportunity and place their bid.

See… pretty simple, but pretty powerful!

FAQs

Q: If an Influencer that I’ve invited bids on my opportunity, am I required to accept their bid?

A: No. The process is still the same as it is with unsolicited bids. You receive the bid, and you accept or reject it as you see fit.

Q: Can I include a custom message to the Influencer when I send the invite?

A: No. We’re trying to keep this as simple as possible for you and for the Influencers. Your Opportunity page should give them all of the information needed to pique their interest and allow them make an informed bid.

Q: How many Influencers can I invite?

A: As many as you’d like. Just don’t abuse the lack of restrictions. We’d like to keep the process as simple as possible – with as few restrictions as possible. But, if we have a bunch of advertisers inviting every Influencer to every Opportunity, Influencers will start to ignore them and they won’t help anyone. So, don’t be a jerk 😉
